Copernico is a footwear brand born from a deep passion for design, construction, and the exploration of form.
My journey as a designer began at FADU – Universidad de Buenos Aires, where I studied Fashion and Textile Design for two years. During that time I built a strong foundation in creativity, pattern thinking, and visual development. Although I did not complete my degree, that experience marked the beginning of my path in design.
After leaving university, I continued my formation in a self-taught way, complementing my learning with specialized courses in footwear design and shoemaking. This hands-on education allowed me to understand not only aesthetics, but also structure, comfort, and the technical language behind every shoe.
In 2015, I founded Copernico.
The brand was created as a space to merge design experimentation with functional footwear. Each collection reflects a constant search for balance between identity, construction, and contemporary style, always focusing on detail, silhouette, and character.
Copernico continues to evolve from that same origin: curiosity, discipline, and a personal way of understanding design.
